Sustainable & Ethical Holiday Gift Guide
Welcome to my Sustainable Holiday Gift Guide! This year, I am excited to feature a number of longtime favorite brands, as well as newly launched or discovered companies that make beautiful products with people and planet in mind.
My Criteria
Each item in this guide is vetted based on three questions, and their credentials are indicated by the following emojis:
- Is it made with ethical and fair labor practices? ❤️
- Is it made with environmentally sustainable, low waste practices? 🌿
- Is it made to last? 💪
Each item featured must meet at least one credential, but most meet at least two. If an item is missing one of the criteria, it’s not necessarily an indicator of lower standards in that category – it’s simply less of a focus. I focused on brands I have familiarity with and products I already own in order to offer the most useful and honest recommendations. I make these lists with myself and my loved ones in mind, and try to include a range of price points so you can find what you need at a price you can afford.
